The Aeronautical Cluster geographically concentrates interconnected companies, specialized suppliers, service providers, companies in related industries and associated institutions. The objective is to develop the competitiveness of different industries and facilitate the innovation of products and services, such as aircraft with and without an embedded pilot.
The Cluster has a laboratory with the necessary equipment for studies and prototyping, a runway and hangars. All spaces were designed to serve the complex, facilitating the air connection of institutions, visitors and residents.
With the main focus on the development of satellites, pseudosatellites, rockets, microgravity experiments and satellite communications and Earth observation services, the Space Cluster has the competence to promote the insertion and recognition of the Brazilian space industry in international markets, improving its levels of competitiveness and excellence, masterfully uniting private, regulatory, academic and institutional environments.
Cluster Agro brings together universities, research institutes and companies to increase the productivity, profitability and sustainability of agricultural activities through advanced technologies, training and management consulting. The objective is to bring aerospace, IoT, materials, robotics and ICT technologies to the field, bring together actors and carry out projects in: support for the intensification of sustainable and bio production; reduction in the use of fertilizers and phytosanitary; improvement in agricultural water management; market linkages, post-harvest handling, storage and logistics, and bio transition to food production.
The Maritime Cluster provides the development and improvement of technologies focused on improving safety and naval automation, seeking to incorporate new sources of energy and materials into the nautical environment, making the use of aeronautical and space technologies in naval applications viable and accessible.
Located 1500 meters north of Jurerê beach, in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, it adds, in addition to research and innovation, tourism environments, training and training for drivers, mechanics and a fishermen’s warehouse, with marinas and boat maintenance, in addition to being able to receive cruise ships.
